Golden Globe - Drama

Run since 1944 by the Hollywood Foreign Press Association, these awards are a major part of the film industry's 'awards season'. Based on votes from (as of 2005) 86 mostly part-time journalists living in Hollywood and affiliated with media outside of the United States. Unlike Oscar, the Golden Globe's Best Picture is divided into two categories, Best Drama and Best Musical or Comedy. Listed below are the winners in the former.
