Beneath
Christy (Nora Zehetner) is a young medical student still struggling to get over the tragic death of her sister following a car accident years earlier. When she finds herself having to return home for the funeral of a family friend, she is already on anti-depressants and out of a job. As she tries to deal with the town's mixed reactions to her, and the odd behaviour of her brother-in-law's family, horrific hallucinations force her to look more closely into the circumstances of her sister's death. An effective horror from first-time writer/director Dagen Merrill.
