Holes
Delightful screen adaptation of Louis Sachar's immensely popular novel stars Shia LaBeouf as Stanley Yelnats, a young boy wrongly accused of theft who gets sent to an adolescent work camp. As he and the other inmates spend their days digging an endless succession of holes in the desert, Stanley begins to wonder if the labour is a character-building exercise, as they've been told, or if wicked warden Sigourney Weaver is using them to find something...
