The most expensive film ever made in Korea, "Bichunmoo" is a sweeping epic set in 14th century China where the warrior Jin-ha and concubine Sullie have fallen in love. The country is under Mongolian rule and to form an alliance, Sullie's father agrees to give her hand in marriage to an evil Chinese warlord Nam Kung. When Sullie refuses, Jin-ha is murdered before her eyes. Thinking her lover dead, she agrees to marry the evil Nam Kung. Jin-ha recovers and in time will return to kill Nam Kung, but will he find that Sullie's love will be dead too?
