Duplex

In director Danny DeVito's darkly funny tale, novelist Ben Stiller and magazine editor wife Drew Barrymore move out of their cramped Manhattan apartment after buying the "perfect" duplex in Brooklyn. The fly in the ointment is elderly tenant Eileen Essel, who lives in the rent-controlled upstairs apartment and disrupts the couple's lives, blaring her TV late at night, sending them on errands, and driving them to plot her demise.
