Prey for Rock & Roll

An adrenaline-filled story that tells a tale of rock 'n' roll in the lower rungs of the business. Gina Gershon shines as the lead singer of Clam Daddy, an L.A. all-girl band hoping to land a recording contract before they break up. Approaching 40 and making ends meet as a tattoo artist, Gershon tries to keep the dream alive for fellow band members Drea De Matteo, a drug and booze addicted bassist; Lori Petty, the guitarist with more tenacity than talent; and drummer Shelly Cole, who is also romantically involved with Gershon. Based on rocker Cheri Lovedog's autobiographical rock musical.
