Shout at the Devil

Based on the best-selling Wilbur Smith novel, this fast-paced action thriller stars Lee Marvin as a gruff, detestable opportunist who enlists the help of an upper-class Englishman (Roger Moore) to carry out unscrupulous ivory smuggling operations in East Africa during the First World War. When the suave Moore falls in love with Marvin's beautiful young daughter (Barbara Parkins) the unlikely duo come to blows in the jungle but later reconcile their differences when forced to get their booty past German occupying forces readying a grounded battleship for war. Featuring captivating cinematography and a heady mix of action, romance and adventure, Marvin and Moore shine in this ripping good war-yarn.
