Dream One

"This is a strange country - in the day it is always twilight and in the night you can hear the roar of the stars" so reads the butler Benjamin (Nipsey Russell) to his young charge, 7-year old Nemo (Seth Kibel) as the boy drifts off to sleep high in a Manhattan skyscraper. Suddenly Nemo awakes in a new dimension, surrounded by characters from his storybooks, in a land where the snow is blue and the sand bursts into flames. Here he meets an Urchin boy Cunegond, a monkey man, a mysterious magician Mr. Rip (Nipsey Russell), the masked swordsman Legend (Harvey Keitel), and the beautiful Princess Alice of Yonderland (Mathilda May). When Nemo becomes jealous of Legend's attentions toward the princess, he asks Mr. Rip to transform him into a man (Jason Connery). Now his adventure truly begins in his attempt to win her love for himself.
