Utterly traumatised by his arrest for a series of brutal murders, Sean Veil (Lee Evans) has become truly paranoid. Convinced that sinister figures are determined to set him up, he has spent the ten years since his acquittal video-taping his every moment. When the one tape that could prove his innocence of a new murder disappears, Sean finds himself running for his life as he tries to fabricate the missing hours.
