Agnes of God

The childlike novice of an extremely sheltered convent is discovered one night with the bloodied body of a baby she claims not to recognise. Psychiatrist Jane Fonda is sent to determine her sanity in anticipation of a court hearing. A fascinating old-fashioned whodunnit with Meg Tilly and Anne Bancroft. Based on the stage play by John Pielmeier.
