Gold Diggers of 1933

The show must go on in Busby Berekeley's classic, crazed Depression-era extravaganza about a trio of dancers and their struggle to pay the rent when the theatre is in arrears and the show does not go on. A fabulously wealthy man (Dick Powell) comes to the rescue, but his uppity Boston family is none too happy about his being involved in show business. Also stars Joan Blundell, Ruby Keeler and a very young Ginger Rogers.
