Saiyuki - Requiem
Blending action, fantasy and comedy and based partly on a 16th Century Chinese folktale that also served as inspiration for 'Monkey!', 'Requiem' is the second feature-length sequel to the popular Manga series 'Saiyuki'. Sanzo is a Buddhist monk on a sacred mission to destroy demons across the land of Shangri-La. He is joined on his quest by three misfits Goku the half-demon, Gojyo the lucky gambler and Hakkai the magician. After saving a woman from a very tricky demon, she takes them to a shrine to give them food and shelter - but soon they'll be seeing double!
