My Bollywood Bride
Alex works in Venice Beach as a copywriter but longs to one day write a novel. When he meets and romances Reena (Kashmera Shah), a beautiful Indian woman vacationing in California, she convinces him to follow his dream. Torn between her new love and her traditional family values she returns to India unable to say goodbye, but Alex follows not knowing she is in fact one of Bollywood's biggest stars. Loosley based on the real-life experience of producer Brad Listerman who is married to Kashmera Shah this is a successfully fun attempt by Hollywood to go Bollywood.
