The Secret Service: The Complete Series
The last of Gerry Anderson's 'Supermarionation' TV series, it centres around Father Unwin, local eccentric vicar and a secret agent working for the top secret organisation B.I.S.H.O.P. This short-lived and underrated series blends live and puppet action, with actor Stanley Unwin often doubling his (identically named) puppet counterpart in long shots. Though Anderson's involvement in the show was minimal, the 'Supermarionation' touch is unmistakable.
