Jiminy Glick in Lalawood

Martin Short is Jiminy Glick, a corpulent star-struck celebrity interviewer spawned as a character on Saturday Night Live, then given his own show on Comedy Central and now, the movie. The plot may be thin but Short's characterization (and spot-on caricature of director David Lynch) carries it along, as well as the talents of Jan Hooks as his addled wife and the hilarious John Michael Higgins. Naturally star cameos abound.
