Entourage: Season 1
Produced for HBO by Mark Wahlberg, and based loosley on his experiences, this smart and funny LA insider series follows Vincent Chase (Adrian Grenier), a rising Hollywood star, and his group of childhood friends-turned-hangers-on. Kevin Dillon plays his slightly less attractive B-actor brother, Jerry Ferrara is Turtle, the sleaze, and Eric (Kevin Connolly) is the nice guy/brains of the outfit. Snappily observant, with a great satirical eye for detail, look out for star cameos and Jeremy Piven as Vincent's foul-mouthed, amoral agent. Good, not so clean, fun.
