John Wayne is undercover special agent Singin' Sandy Saunders (although his screen crooning was dubbed by Smith Ballew), out to leave the crooks cheating farmers out of their water high and dry. With "Gabby" Hayes, Forrest Taylor., "The Lucky Texan". John Wayne and George "Gabby" Hayes sure think it's their lucky day when they strike gold in their mine, but Gabby's luck turns sour when some claim-jumpers frame him for murder. Features a thrilling horseback-railroad handcar chase scene., "Texas Terror" and "The Dawn Rider".
