Flicka
Based on the classic novel by Mary O'Hara, Katy (Alison Lohman), is the daughter of a horse rancher (Tim McGraw), and desperate to prove to her father that she is just as capable of taking over the family business as her brother. One day while out riding she comes across a beautiful wild mustang and determines to tame it, against the advice of her father. She names the horse Flicka. This is family-friendly entertainment that hits all the right notes, even if we have heard the song before.
