Irish Jam

Belmullet, Ireland is up to its ears in debt and about to be sold off, that is unless the crafty locals can come up with a plan to save their town. They hold a poetry-writing contest with the enrty fees going to keep the debt-collectors at bay, with first prize being the deed to the local pub. But they are not prepared for the winner...an African-American con-man, Jimmy McDevitt (Eddie Griffin), also looking to escape his bills and a commitment-ready girlfriend in L.A..
