Pat and Margaret

Written by, and starring British comic Victoria Wood, with her and Julie Walters as sisters who have lived very different lives and become estranged. Pat (Walters) is a famous soap star, now living in the USA, she has long ago discarded her frumpy, working class past, and is horrified when she is reunited with her dinner-lady sister, Margaret (Wood), on live television. Brilliantly observed comedy about social snobbery and family, with Wood nominated for a Best Actress BAFTA.
