Reversible Errors

A tense courtroom drama, made as a TV mini-series, and starring William H Macy as a corporate lawyer who reluctantly takes on a pro bono murder case. Convicted seven years ago on a triple homicide, Rommy 'Squirrel' Gandolph has his last shot at an appeal before his death sentence is carried out. Tom Selleck turns in an excellent performance as the dogged detective on his case and Macy's real-life wife, Felicity Huffman, plays an ex-Judge who turns out to be an unlikely ally. A well-made and chilling examination of the dubious justice of the death penalty, based on the book 'Presumed Innocent' by Scott Turow
