I Am A Camera

Henry Cornelius's adaptation of the play which was later more famously filmed as the musical 'Cabaret'. It's Berlin in the 1930s, and a young writer befriends vivacious singer Sally Bowles who is having a wild time with other people's money. The film details the curious, chaste relationship between Sally (Julie Haris), an entertainer at a bawdy nightclub, and fledgling writer Christopher Isherwood (Lawrence Harvey).
