In the Land of Women
Carter (Adam Brody) has just split up from his porn-star girlfriend. He may not know much about real women, but he's about to find out in this romantic comedy-drama written and directed by newcomer Jon (son of Lawrence) Kasdan. The failing health of his quirky grandmother (Olympia Dukakis) has prompted Carter go home and look after her. As he attempts to write his long-planned novel, he gets to know his grandmother's neighbours, single mum Meg Ryan and her two daughters, angst-ridden teen Kristen Stewart and precocious tween Mackenzie Vega.
