The Amazing Extraordinary Friends: Series 1
When ordinary kiwi teen, Ben Wilson, finds a mysterious metal insignia on a school outing, he is miraculously transformed into Captain Extraordinary (Captain X for short) with super-powers and everything! Unfortunately as Ben discovers, being a superhero isn't all photo shoots and groupies; suddenly he is the target of every thug in town and everyone expects him to be saving the world on a daily basis. So begins this family series lampooning the superhero genre, with David McPhail as the semi-retired Green Termite and guest turns from the likes of Mikey Havoc and Mark Wright.
