Blade Runner: The Final Cut
Ridley Scott's definitive version of the sci-fi noir favourite stars Harrison Ford as a retired detective called back to duty to track down artificial humans called "replicants" in Los Angeles circa 2019. As his search takes him through the city's dystopian landscape, Ford is thrust into an adventure that raises questions about his own existence. To commemorate the 25th anniversary, Scott went back to the drawing board, re-cutting the film to add new footage and sound effects, and digitally restoring and remastering the print.
