Appointment With Death
When domineering and much despised Emily Boynton (Piper Laurie), is murdered, renowned Belgian sleuth Hercule Poirot (Peter Ustinov), has to summon up his greatest powers of detection to unmask the murderer. Was it any of Mrs Boynton's downtrodden step-children? The amorous family lawyer, Jefferson Cope (David Soul)? Boorish Lady Westholme (Lauren Bacall)? Timid Miss Quinton (Hayley Mills)?
