September Dawn
Set against the backdrop of the Mountain Meadows Massacre of 1857, this drama follows a group of settlers from Arkansas as they travel by wagon through Utah on their way to California. Suspicious of the outsiders, Mormon bishop Jacob Samuelson (Jon Voight) arranges for his son Jonathan (Trent Ford) to spy on them. But when the young man falls for beautiful traveler Emily (Tamara Hope), he must choose between love and duty.
