The Adventures of Mark Twain

Will Vinton (official owner of the copyrighted 'Claymation' term) directs this sweet and imaginative film that was the first feature-length of its kind. James Whitmore voices Mark Twain as he takes an H.G. Wells-esque space voyage with stowaways Tom Sawyer, Becky Thatcher and Huck Finn, learning about the historical influences on Twain as they go. Adventurous and educational, as well as a wonderful example of masterly animation.
