The Falklands Campaign

In 1982 tensions between Britain and Argentina over the Falkland Islands erupted into open hostilities. Due to the nature of the terrain, the Special Air Service, the Special Boat Squadron and the Royal Marines Mountain and Arctic Warfare Cadre played a vital role in the conflict, conducting numerous, explosive raids that helped turn the tide of battle decisively for the British.
