Lakeview Terrace

Newlyweds Chris and Lisa are excited to be moving into the exclusive gated community of Lakeview Terrace, but they soon discover their neighbour, L.A.P.D. Officer Abel Turner (Samuel L. Jackson), does not approve of their relationship - Chris is Caucasian and Lisa is African-American. What starts out as a passive-aggressive attitude problem soon turns into full-blown harrassment, and as Turner becomes more and more unstable, Chris and Lisa begin to fear for their safety. Incidentally, the title of the film is a reference to the name of the district where Rodney King was beaten by L.A. police officers.
