In this sequel to his phenomenal expose on the Miami cocaine economy, director Billy Corben picks up the drug-running story in early '90s Oakland, California, where small-time drug-slinger Charles Cosby became a major player and multi-millionaire in a matter of months. Just ekeing out a living on the streets, Cosby wrote a 'fan' letter to jailed 'Cocaine Godmother' Griselda Blanco and began what would become a very lucrative partnership. The two become lovers and Cosby was put in charge of Blanco's $40 million business - but it wasn't long before Cosby discovered why his Sugar Mama had also earned the nickname 'The Black Widow'.
