Une Femme Mariee ( A Married Woman )

New Wave master Jean-Luc Godard focuses on a day in the life of a wife who is forced to decide between her pilot husband and her actor lover. Subtitled "Fragments of a Film Shot in 1964 in Black and White", Godard uses the form and structure of his film to question the nature of love, sex and marriage. It's original title, "The Married Woman", created an uproar in France, as it implied that all wives are adulterous.
