After discovering that Gruner is obsessed with the women he has had relationships with, Holmes passes on vital information in the case against the evil man. Intrigue and deception are the order of the day - but is it all too much for the great detective? 'The Adventure of The Creeping Man' - Professor Presbury refuses to believe his daughter's story about a nightmarish intruder who appears at her window. Sherlock Holmes is persuaded by her fiancee, Bennett, to investigate, and although on the surface the matter appears to be trivial, the theft of several monkeys from the zoo and Professor Presbury's erratic behaviour leads Holmes to believe that there is a real danger!
