Bruno
Satirist and shapechanger Sacha Baron Cohen ('Borat') returns with another stinging socio-political offering, this time aimed squarely at the world of fashion. The titular and overtly gay Austrian top model storms the American catwalk and beyond, seeking international fame, and outraging everyone he comes into contact with. Like his Kazakhstani counterpart, Bruno was created for Cohen's 'Ali G' series, and here he gives the flamboyant, it-boy wannabe carte blanche to make as many people squirm as possible. Successfully blurring the line between reality and schtick, this is cutting edge comedy for those who have the stomach for it.
