The Young Victoria
A look at the turbulent early years of Queen Victoria (Emily Blunt), crowned at the tender age of just 18. Protected and controlled all her life, her first decree is to have her overbearing mother banished to a remote apartment. However, she soon finds political life is more challenging than she imagined, and comes to rely on the support of her handsome cousin, Prince Albert. Their relationship would become an enduring romance, and their wedding a rousing public spectacle. Produced by Sarah 'Fergie' Ferguson, whose daughter Princess Beatrice has a small role as a lady-in-waiting, and is actually Queen Victoria's great-great-great-great granddaughter.
