Goodbye Again

Aka "Aimez-vous Brahms?". In this adaptation of Francoise Sagan's best selling novel, Ingrid Bergman is astonishing in her role as a fortyish Parisian woman whose despair over an unfaithful lover (Yves Montand) sends her into the arms of a much younger - and very unstable - man (Anthony Perkins). Directed by Anatole Litvak ("Five Miles to Midnight"), Perkins won Best Actor at the 1961 Cannes Film Festival for his role as Philip Van der Besh.
