Boston's leading insurance investigator, he is called in to investigate the most baffling and ingenious of crimes which have exhausted the minds of all others. Using logic and with the aid of his chauffeur, his chess-playing associate and a bevy of beautiful women, Banacek launches intricate investigations to reveal, like a magician, the solution to inexplicable crimes.
