Up in the Air ( Blu-ray )
George Clooney is a downsizing consultant who has spent his entire life in airport hotels, collecting air miles and browsing the departure lounge retail options as he waits for his next flight across America. It is a life that has left him detached from the rest of the world. While he imparts his job philosophy to new co-worker/protege Anna Kendrick, an encounter with sexy fellow frequent flyer Vera Farmiga leads Clooney to realize that life isn't about the journey, but the connections we make along the way. Writer/director Jason Reitman's insightful seriocomedy also stars Danny McBride, Jason Bateman and Melanie Lynskey.
