The Life, Times and Crimes of Ronald Arthur Biggs

For over two decades, Ronald Arthur Biggs, the Great Train Robber himself, was the world's most hunted fugitive. Biggs was able to travel half way around the world, and back again, avoiding capture and embarrassing one of the most highly regarded police forces of the time - New Scotland Yard. But that's only half the saga. There is also the story of how a small television crew from Australia secured one of the biggest media coups of the 70s by convincing the reclusive Biggs to tell his remarkable story. The resulting two documentaries, "Confessions of Ronald Biggs" and "$7 Million Dollar Fugitive", are included, along with "The Last Word", a new behind the scenes expose with fascinating eyewitness accounts of just how difficult it was to get the films made and in the can.
