The Long Duel (1967) In the turbulent days of the 1920s, Indias North West Frontier is the scene of constant conflict, stemming from the lack of understanding between British officers and native tribes. The Bhanta tribe is wrongfully imprisoned along with their Sultan. The Sultan and a small band of men break out and head for freedom, but they have become outlaws, hunted remorselessly by the British under Superintendent Stafford.
