This visually and emotionally arresting documentary follows Tino Ponce, his wife, and their four children as they run a one-ring traveling circus throughout rural Mexico that has been in Tino's family for generations. As tensions arise due to financial struggles and dwindling attendance, the family's problems are worsened when Tino's wife begins to object to the business and the constant overworking of the children.
