Anthony Hopkins stars as iconic filmmaker Alfred Hitchcock in this provocative biodrama that focuses on the Master of Suspense's personal and professional struggles during the filming of 1960's "Psycho." Forced to finance the project himself after studio executives balk at the violent subject matter, Hitchcock finds the troubled production putting a strain on his health, as well as his marriage to wife Alma Reville (Helen Mirren).
