From Russia with Love
The second Bond film is one of the best, with 007 going up against the evil SPECTRE organisation in a race to sieze a Soviet decoding machine. His enemies include the ruthless Rosa Klebb (Lotte Lenya), with her poison-tipped shoes, and Red Grant (Robert Shaw) who are seeking revenge for the loss of their leader, Dr No. Chosen as the second Bond film after President John F Kennedy listed the Ian Fleming novel in his top ten books of all time, reportedly it is the last film the ill-fated president saw, just two days before he was assassinated.
