A double feature from Australian producer David Hannay. 'Alison's Birthday' (1981) - When Alison is invited back to her childhood home to celebrate her nineteenth birthday, she must face not only her past but the intense psychological haunting of her surroundings. With nightmares and visions pushing her to the edge of sanity it is up to an occultist friend with an Ouija board to uncover the truth of Alison's past. 'Solo' (1978) - Hitchhiker Judy is looking for love with single father Paul who divides his time between flying fire patrol planes and looking after his son, Billy. Billy does not like Judy's sudden appearance in his father's life and enacts his defiance in the only way he knows how, flying. 'Solo' was the first ever Australian-New Zealand feature film co-production.
