The Voices

Ryan Reynolds stars in this dark comedy thriller directed by Iranian graphic novelist and illustrator Marjane Satrapi ("Persepolis"). Reynolds plays Jerry, a mentally unstable young man who has ceased taking his anti-psychotic medication. Jerry regularly has conversations with his pet cat and dog, who often give advice to him on what he should and should not do. When he meets Fiona (Gemma Arterton), an attractive young girl working in the accounts department of his workplace, Jerry grows attracted to her and asks her out on a date - a decision which leads to devastating consequences.
