The Last Kingdom: Season 3
The first half of The Last Kingdom season 3 is based on Bernard Cornwells fifth book in his "The Saxon Stories" series titled The Burning Land. Uhtred will find his loyalty to King Alfred will dwindle and reach its breaking point. Alfred wants to protect his legacy and unite the kingdoms of England; however, the Danes keep getting in the way with their continuous attacks. He will ask Uhtred for help so he can bring the lands together, but the warrior will question his own motives for helping the king. The Last Kingdom season 3 will also show Uhtred (Alexander Doetsch) and Ragnars (Tobias Santelmann) reunion as the former is trying to fathom what he wants after his fall out with King Alfred. Expect lots of battles as lands reunite to form England as one nation.
