Flyboys (Blu-ray)

Inspired by the true story of American volunteers who, before the US became involved in World War I, went to fly with the French airforce in a squadron known as the Lafayette Escadrille, the world's first fighter pilots. James Franco stars as one of a bunch of new recruits who encounter low morale and battle-weary teachers Martin Henderson and Jean Reno. Full of daring dogfights and romantic bravado, this is a return to the chest-puffing tradition of war films gone by.
