Let the Right One In (Blu-Ray)

12-year-old Oskar is a bit of a social misfit and the target for all the local bullies when someone new moves in next door. He is soon besotted by the quirky and mysterious girl, Eli, who at first tells him she cannot be his friend under any circumstances. Is it just chance that her arrival in the neighbourhood coincides with a spate of bloodthirsty deaths? There's a lot more to the reclusive Eli than meets the eye. A stylish and psychologically complex tale of tween angst, first love and sweet revenge, based on the book by John Ajvide Lindqvist, and a breakthrough hit for Swedish director Tomas Alfredson, sweeping armfuls of awards at festivals all around the world. The American remake is slated for release in 2010.
