The Nightcomers
Conceived of as a prequel to Henry James' "The Turn of the Screw," this brutal and sensual drama stars Marlon Brando as a drunken lout hired by a Victorian family as a gardener. He proceeds to seduce the governess (Stephanie Beacham) and gives the children some very unusual lessons on loving others. Thora Hird and Harry Andrews co-star.
