Hoffman

This grand farce tells the story of the island of Gallardia, a British protectorate forgotten for 50 years; when discovered, bumbling Terry-Thomas of the Foreign Office is left in charge. Peter Sellers plays the island's main man. Also double featuring on this tape is "Hoffman" (1970) which is a bizarre character study that focuses on a middle-aged creep (Peter Sellers) who blackmails a typist, about to be married, into spending a dirty weekend with him.
